Congratulations! Caroline Barisch Receives DGHM Advancement Award 2024!
Prof. Dr. Caroline Barisch has been honoured for her scientific work investigating and analysing the virulence strategies employed by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis to create optimal conditions for its intracellular replication.

Amazing news and perfect x-mas present: The Barisch lab will be again part of the DFG Priority Programme SPP2225: "Exit Strategies of Intracellular Pathogens." Looking forward to many fruitfull collaborations! 

With that we will start our well-deserved X-mas break!

Hurray, finally the last bit of lab equipment has moved to the Centre for Structural Systems Biology – Hamburg!

This autumn the lab will move to the Centre for Structural Systems Biology – Hamburg and will become part of the Research Center Borstel (FZB) and the Biology Department of the University of Hamburg!
